Common questions
What is free, and what needs Larune Pro?
Recording, importing audio files and PDFs, transcription, playback, search, folders and sharing are free, with no limit. Larune Pro adds AI notes (summaries, key points and 12 styles), automatic titles and questions about your notes.
Recording does not start, or the app says the microphone is off.
Open iOS Settings → Larune → Microphone and turn it on. Larune records only while the recorder is open or paused, and keeps recording with the screen locked.
Can I record a Zoom, Meet or Teams call on my iPhone?
Not on the same iPhone: iOS lets one app use the microphone at a time. Join the call from a laptop or tablet with the speaker on, and record with your iPhone nearby. Settings → Recording Tips has more.
Where is my audio? Does it go anywhere?
Recordings are transcribed on your iPhone or iPad and stay on that device; they never upload and never sync. Settings → Storage lists the audio and lets you remove it. Deleting a note deletes its audio.
The app stopped while I was recording. Did I lose it?
No. Larune saves recordings as it goes. The next time you open the app, it offers the unfinished recording back so you can make the note.
My AI notes did not appear.
Transcription works offline, but AI notes need an internet connection and Larune Pro. Open the note and tap Write AI Notes to try again. The transcript is saved either way, so nothing you recorded is lost.
Why does Larune ask my permission before the first AI note?
Because AI notes are written on a server, not on your iPhone. Before the first one, Larune shows exactly what is sent (the text of the transcript, never the audio, your AI notes settings and your questions) and who receives it (our server and Fireworks AI, the language-model provider). Nothing is sent until you tap Allow, and you can change your answer anytime in Settings → Privacy. The privacy policy has the details.
What does the lifetime plan include?
One payment, Larune Pro for good, with up to 10 AI notes and 20 questions a day. Transcription stays unlimited. If you reach the day's AI notes, the app says when you can write more.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases, or open the Larune Pro screen and tap Restore. The device must be signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings in Larune → Manage, or iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Larune. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are Apple's to grant: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I change the style, length, sections or language of my AI notes?
Settings → AI Notes sets the defaults for new notes. On an existing note, open the more menu and choose Customize AI Notes to rewrite it in a different style; your defaults stay the same.
How do I export a note?
Open the note and tap Share: PDF, Word or plain text for the tab you are reading, and Share Audio for the recording.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a note to remove its transcript, AI notes and audio from the device and, through iCloud, from your other devices. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. Our server keeps nothing, so there is nothing to delete on our side.

¿Qué es gratis y qué necesita Larune Pro?

La grabación no empieza, o la app dice que el micrófono está desactivado.
Abre Configuración de iOS → Larune → Micrófono y actívalo. Larune graba solo mientras la grabadora está abierta o en pausa, y sigue grabando con la pantalla bloqueada.
¿Puedo grabar una llamada de Zoom, Meet o Teams en mi iPhone?
No en el mismo iPhone: iOS deja que solo una app use el micrófono a la vez. Únete a la llamada desde una computadora o tableta con el altavoz encendido, y graba con tu iPhone cerca. En Configuración → Consejos para grabar hay más.
¿Dónde está mi audio? ¿Se envía a algún lado?
Las grabaciones se transcriben en tu iPhone o iPad y se quedan en ese dispositivo; nunca se suben ni se sincronizan. En Configuración → Almacenamiento puedes ver el audio y quitarlo. Al eliminar una nota se elimina su audio.
La app se cerró mientras grababa. ¿Perdí la grabación?
No. Larune guarda las grabaciones mientras grabas. La próxima vez que abras la app, te ofrecerá la grabación sin terminar para que hagas la nota.
No aparecieron mis notas con IA.
La transcripción funciona sin internet, pero las notas con IA necesitan conexión y Larune Pro. Abre la nota y toca Escribir Notas con IA para intentarlo de nuevo. La transcripción se guarda de todos modos, así que no pierdes nada de lo que grabaste.
¿Por qué Larune pide permiso antes de la primera nota con IA?
Porque las notas con IA se escriben en un servidor, no en tu iPhone. Antes de la primera, Larune muestra exactamente qué se envía (el texto de la transcripción, nunca el audio, tus ajustes de notas con IA y tus preguntas) y quién lo recibe (nuestro servidor y Fireworks AI, el proveedor de modelos de lenguaje). No se envía nada hasta que tocas Permitir, y puedes cambiar tu respuesta cuando quieras en Configuración → Privacidad. La política de privacidad tiene los detalles.
¿Qué incluye el plan de por vida?
Un solo pago y Larune Pro para siempre, con hasta 10 notas con IA y 20 preguntas al día. La transcripción sigue sin límite. Si llegas al límite de notas con IA del día, la app te dice cuándo puedes escribir más.
¿Cómo restauro una compra en otro dispositivo?
Abre Configuración y toca Restaurar compras, o abre la pantalla de Larune Pro y toca Restaurar. El dispositivo debe tener la sesión iniciada con la misma cuenta de Apple que hizo la compra.
¿Cómo cambio o cancelo mi suscripción?
Apple administra las suscripciones: en Larune, Configuración → Administrar, o en Configuración de iOS → tu nombre → Suscripciones → Larune. Si cancelas, conservas Pro hasta el final del periodo que ya pagaste. Los reembolsos los otorga Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
¿Puedo cambiar el estilo, la extensión, las secciones o el idioma de mis notas con IA?
En Configuración → Notas con IA eliges los valores para las notas nuevas. En una nota existente, abre el menú Más y elige Personalizar Notas con IA para reescribirla con otro estilo; tus valores predeterminados no cambian.
¿Cómo exporto una nota?
Abre la nota y toca Compartir: PDF, Word o texto simple de la pestaña que estás leyendo, y Compartir audio para la grabación.
¿Cómo elimino mis datos?
Elimina una nota para quitar su transcripción, sus notas con IA y su audio del dispositivo y, con iCloud, de tus otros dispositivos. Al eliminar la app se borra todo lo guardado en el dispositivo. Nuestro servidor no guarda nada, así que no hay nada que eliminar de nuestro lado.
